As an O2C Order &amp; Commercial Conditions Senior Analyst at Sanofi, you will play a crucial role in managing order processing and commercial conditions for our Consumer Healthcare business across Europe and the MEA region. Your </span><span>expertise</span><span> will drive operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction.</span></span><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Administer customer orders to achieve agreed order cycle time and perfect order ratio.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Investigate and resolve invoice disputes or discrepancies by coordinating with relevant departments.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Maintain and update commercial agreements and conditions in the contracting tool.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Troubleshoot technical issues on different order entry/invoicing channels.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Request maintenance of master data fields linked to customer interfaces.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Identify</span><span> process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span>What </span><span>You’ll</span><span> Bring:</span></span><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Have l</span><span>anguage</span><span> </span><span>p</span><span>roficienc</span><span>ies</span><span> in</span><span> English and German (both written and verbal).</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Have a s</span><span>trong understanding of E2E Order to Cash processes, customer service mindset, and knowledge of order processing and customer service/contract management.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Have</span><span> knowledge of order processing and customer service/contract management or </span></span><span>similar</span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Be h</span><span>ands-on with SAP (preferably S4 Hana) and Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
