Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! The Art & Science of Real comes to life within our facilities located in New Jersey and Arizona — combining the knowledge of hundreds of luxury experts with cutting-edge, proprietary technology. The Quality Control Associate, Outbound is responsible for inspecting/auditing, recording and updating quality attributes of specific functions in fulfillment. What You Get To Do Everyday
- Conduct inspections in accordance with audit guidelines and UPH (units per hour) or PPH (parcels per hour) expectations
- Collaborate with training and development to identify and execute training and communication
- Share knowledge, process and/or skill gaps in accordance with inspections/audits
- Uphold and maintain company brand standards
- Collaborate with QC and Training Lead and Outbound team
- Validate SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Develop a positive culture of learning, improvement and total quality management
What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ months of experience working in a warehouse production environment
- Basic understanding of QC metrics (ie: pass vs fail, % of errors, Parcels vs Units per hour)
- Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of functional areas to be audited
- Proven track record of auditing people, processes and areas
- Proven ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment
- Proven ability to work quickly and effectively with keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks and deadlines
- Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results
- Adaptability and openness to change
- Receptiveness to feedback to improve performance
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours at a time
Preferred Requirements
- Ability to read and write in English
- Proficiency with Mac OS and Google Suite, and scanner technology

- Hourly base pay + incentive pay based on performance/ quota targets achieved

The expected hourly rate for this role is $17.50 - $18.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
