What we want
The Laboratory Manager will be responsible for preparation and oversight of regulatory applications and reporting NIH, DoD, foundations etc. The manager will oversee the recruitment and supervision of laboratory and clinical personnel, manage operation and equipment. They will prepare budgets and manage the financial aspects of sponsored projects. They will assist PI with oversight and management of all aspects of clinical trials, patient recruitment, communication with sponsors and SRS.

Salary: Will be commensurate based on the selected hire’s education and experience.
Location: Bryan, TX
Schedule: Full-Time; This position may require work beyond normal office hours and/or work on weekends.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in medicine, behavioral health, health sciences, or related field
Five years of related experience in laboratory management.
Preferred Qualifications
PhD or master's degree in social work, Psychology, Neuroscience, behavioral health, health sciences or related.
Experience with human subject research
Experience with clinical research trials
Experience with Institutional Review Board (IRB)
Experience with grant submission and NIH/NIMH/DOD/FDA reporting
Experience with conducting psychological structured interviews
Knowledge of proper preparation, handling, and disposal of biologicals, chemicals, and glass
