Senior Business Development Manager, Water, Germany

<p>We're hiring a <strong>German-speaking Senior Business Development Manager </strong>in our <strong>Water Division</strong>, to cover the <strong>DAkkS and Nordic territories.</strong></p> <p>We’re growing our EMEA sales force, and we need a driven closer who’s got the strategic chops to expand market share and bring in high-value wins. If you thrive on forging partnerships, outmaneuvering competitors, and delivering standout results in fast-paced markets, we want to meet you.</p> <p> </p> <ul><li>Build trust with key accounts and convert high-potential prospects.</li><li>Win big - target and capture strategic clients through smart offers and solid relationships.</li><li>Represent NSF at tradeshows, seminars, and client events (50% onsite, 50% virtual).</li><li>Grow accounts from small to strategic with sharp insights and a solid sales plan.</li><li>Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless projects.</li><li>Own your pipeline - build it, nurture it, and report on it using SalesForce CRM.</li><li>Create territory-specific strategies with marketing to hit aggressive revenue goals.</li><li>Be the voice clients rely on beyond QA - help expand NSF's suite of services.</li></ul> <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business/sales experience.</li><li>3-5 years of hands-on selling, closing deals, and managing forecasts.</li><li>Deep knowledge of the DAkkS &amp; Nordic territories.</li><li>CRM mastery (SalesForce) and sales finesse across B2B portfolios.</li><li>Fluent German &amp; stellar presentation skills (non-negotiable).</li><li>Ability to travel across your region as needed (can be based anywhere in Europe).</li><li>Bonus points for TIC industry experience.</li></ul><p>Is this you in a nutshell?
