Evening IOP Group Facilitator

Position Overview: As a group facilitator, you will provide therapy in a group setting to our clients in our IOP program, and be an important part of their wellness journey. You will use evidence-based modalities and your clinical experience to help our clients manage their recovery, while being on a team with other caring professionals who share the same mission. 

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct evidence-based group sessions for clients
• Help guide and direct clients during group sessions
• Prepare both group and individual notes 
• Collaborate with treatment team to ensure quality client care

Job type: Part-Time; 3 evenings per week

Work location: One Location, East Coast Recovery

Requirements

• Experience and passion working with clients struggling with substance abuse 
• Preferred Education:  graduate from an accredited college or university with a minimum of a Masters’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or health-related field.
• Preferred Licensure: A Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor 1(LADC-1) , a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or License Eligible.
