We are committed to empower an inclusive and supportive work environment where team members can thrive and grow.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Key Responsibilities</u>:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><b>Data Extraction and Analysis:</b> Utilize Python and SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis, with a preference for PySpark knowledge.</li><li><b>AI and Machine Learning Solutions:</b> Develop and deploy tailored AI and machine learning solutions to address complex business problems. This includes building predictive models, developing algorithms, and creating generative AI solutions that drive innovation.</li><li><b>Documentation and Methodology:</b> Document deployed models, data analytical approaches, and methodologies used. Ensure that all processes are well-documented and reproducible for future reference and audit purposes.</li><li><b>Cross-functional Collaboration:</b> Work closely with various teams, including marketing, finance, operations, and product development, to capture, analyze, and incorporate data into the business strategy effectively. Your insights will help shape business strategies and operational improvements.</li><li><b>Communication and Reporting:</b> Translate complex data concepts into understandable language for non-technical audiences. Prepare and present data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.</li><li><b>Continuous Learning:</b> Stay updated on new developments in AI and Data Analysis technologies and practices. Participate in relevant training sessions, workshops, and conferences to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><u>Qualifications</u>:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Experience:</b> Experience in data analysis or similar roles, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.</p><p><b>Technical Skills:</b> Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL. Familiarity with ETL processes and Databricks is essential. Experience in implementing ML/GenAI pipelines is highly desirable.</p><p><b>Data Visualization:</b> Advanced data visualization skills, with the ability to create compelling and informative visual representations of data using tools like Power BI or similar.</p><p><b>Collaboration:</b> Effective team collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams. Ability to communicate and work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise.</p><p><b>Methodology:</b> Experience with Agile methodology is preferred. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.</p><p><b>Communication Skills:</b> Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex data to non-experts.
