Heinemann Group.<br/> In particular, you will</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>develop global acquiring strategies and furthermore take over and optimize existing processes</li> <li>act as single point of contact for the topic of acquiring within the international Heinemann Group as well as manage and lead the topic independently</li> <li>take over the project management and implementation for international acquiring projects and participate in tender projects</li> <li>develop a strategic approach for the selection and negotiation of external stakeholders and introduce KPIs</li> <li>develop innovative payment solutions with the internal IT interfaces and support the technical implementation</li> <li>work hands-on on processes operationally during </li> </ul> <h2><b>Preferred Profile</b></h2> <ul> <li>Completed Master's degree in business administration with a focus on finance or a completed Bachelor's degree in combination with completed apprenticeship in the banking/finance environment</li> <li>At least 5 years of sound professional experience in the field of acquiring/payment solutions in an international operating company</li> <li>Experience in leading projects in an agile setting as well as sound experience in process optimization and modeling </li> <li>Business fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken </li> <li>You combine strategic thinking and a hands-on mentality with a strong affinity for IT, enabling you to independently drive forward innovative payment solutions </li> <li>With your intercultural understanding and excellent stakeholder management skills, you promote partnership-based supplier relationships and enjoy being part of a motivated, dynamic team</li> </ul> <h2><b>Closure</b></h2> <p>Are you interested?
