The Role

Provide technical direction in the creation, delivery and integration of multiple and moderately complex software solutions. May translate business requirements into specific designs and/or participate in the design, evaluation and selection of IT solutions for software for a specific business process. Establish the current and future use of practice, metrics and methodologies to determine current and future solutions. Explore and evaluate new and approved technologies. Consult on the application of existing and new, approved technologies to develop solutions. Ensure the process of creation and delivery of design and solution in accordance with architectural direction.

The Main Responsibilities

• Champion the methodology by demonstrating ownership of all aspects of the development lifecycle
• Support and own all areas of responsibility
• Consistently mentor others in the production of all artifacts
• Influence the work of others in order to drive medium and large projects to successful completion through effective project management, customer interaction, and IT coordination
• Effectively estimate the time it will take to perform tasks and influence the team's work to be completed within those timeframes
• Mentor others in the business processes implemented in the team's applications in order to provide resolution to support problems
• Effectively categorize support problems and respond with the appropriate level of urgency

What We Look For in a Candidate

• 10+ years of experience with Bachelor's Degree 
• 8+ years of experience with Master's Degree
• Lead design and configuration of SAP BRIM FICA, focusing on Collections Management, dunning, interest calculation, and payment processing.
• Develop and optimize collection strategies, segmentation, promise-to-pay workflows, and write-off rules.
• Configure and manage payment lots, return lots, clearing, and open/residual item handling.
• Integrate FICA with payment providers (gateways, credit cards, wallets) and ensure secure processing.
• Use BRF+ to build and manage rules, decision tables, and automate workflows across BRIM.
• Oversee mass processing activities (dunning, correspondence, adjustments) for high-volume telecom environments.
• Collaborate with AR, Billing (CI), Treasury, and other business units to streamline receivables and revenue flows.
• Support legacy invoice loading through Convergent Invoicing and monitor CI/CC integration touchpoints.
• Customize and extend Fiori applications to enhance usability and operational efficiency.
• Define and support RESTful API integrations using Swagger/OpenAPI standards.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$129,639 - $172,852 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$136,121 - $181,494 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$142,603 - $190,137 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
