About the role
Work Flexibility: Hybrid<p></p><p></p><h1><b><span>Senior Manufacturing Engineer</span></b></h1><p></p><p>MedTech company Stryker is looking for Manufacturing Engineer experienced in implementation, <span>development/automation</span> and support of various processes for its new manufacturing site in Skawina. Stryker manufactures titanium and stainless steel implants and instruments with use of key manufacturing processes like metal processing (CNC machines - milling, grinding, swiss lathe turning), Surface finishing (electropolishing, anodization, tumbling, cleaning, degreasing, passivation, sand blasting, mechanical polishing, bending, laser marking and engraving), clean and sterile packaging in Clean Rooms.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Scope of duties</span></b></p><ul><li>Management of significant Engineering projects through PMO</li><li>Provide Technical leadership from an engineering perspective</li><li>Technical and operational support to manufacturing operations </li><li>Local Process expert <span>SME/Project/Automation/Process</span></li><li>Ensure quality of process and product as defined in appropriate OS and Material specifications</li><li>Structured problem solving</li><li>Continuously improve the performance of the process</li><li>Provide support to Process Development / Advanced Operations on technology development and application within the manufacturing process</li><li>Selection of machines manufacturers potential suppliers, leading process of machine qualification based on created URS and qualification protocols. </li><li>Creation of all relevant Work Instructions and Procedures .</li><li>Taking part/leading in development process of PFEMA, Control Plans.</li><li>Conducting SPC and MSA studies for new/modified processes.</li><li>Integration of new process with MES / SAP systems.</li><li>Lead role in process validation procedure / documentation.</li><li>Train and mentor operators and engineers</li></ul><p></p><h2><span>Our expectations</span></h2><ul><li>Master degree in mechanics, industrial engineering or similar.</li><li>4 years’ experience in serial production industries (MedTech or Automotive preferable). </li><li>Experience and knowledge in process validation/PPAP.</li><li>Experience in implementing new <span>processes/technologies/production</span> lines automation.</li><li>Familiar with GD&T.</li><li>Experience in using analytical tools like PFMEA, SPC, MSA, DoE will be an advantage.</li><li>Experience in Vision Systems, Robot programming, advanced measuring systems will be an advantage.</li><li>Very good PC skills.</li><li>Very good English communication skills.</li></ul><p></p><p></p>Travel Percentage: 10%<p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
