Marketing Communications Manager
Summary:
The Marketing Communications Manager is an Individual Contributor, based in Raleigh, NC and will focus to provide global marketing leadership for our Diagnostics portfolio as well regional support for the US specific tactics. This role is part of our global Diagnostic Marketing Team and reports directly to the Senior Director Customer Engagement. The Marketing Communication Manager creates, implements, and leads multimedia communications, strategic conferences, and programs worldwide that effectively promote our organization and its products. A result-oriented mindset and self-drive is beneficial, as well as affinity to digital marketing and event planning.

Your primary responsibilities:
- You translate global marketing business and communication objectives into creative technological strategies and solutions
- You organize conferences and contribute to event planning activities
- You work with marketing teams and senior management to design and execute interactive multimedia content to advance product awareness and propagation.
- You produce, drive, and manage such solutions from concept through completion.
- You review concepts, designs, scripts, storyboards, and builds to ensure that creative vision for marketing solutions are maintained.
- You manage internal/external production artists and vendors in the areas of 3D, code, voice, video, and photo talent.
- You assist in preparation of long and short-term marketing plans and strategies, pricing policies and budgets.
- You create custom multimedia tools to enhance and augment existing market research, business data, and frameworks.
- You commercialize scientific papers/posters/evaluations into a form that will be able to be quickly understood and implemented as strong sales selling tools.
- You create, assemble, and maintain a "selling the package" program for all new products/claims being launched in the marketplace.
- You participate in web strategy, design, and creation of multimedia materials required for planned web implementation (e-learning, etc)
- You liaise directly with corporate communications on press releases and other activities as they relate to the Diagnostic Division.

About you:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities we are looking for
- Ability to organize conferences and contribute to event planning activities.
- Ability to create compelling and effective messaging for different audiences such as healthcare professionals.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Experience in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal and regulatory affairs.
- Knowledge of medical device industry regulations and compliance requirements.
