Senior Finance Analyst

How will it be to work with us?

In this role, you’ll own strategic financial insights and cash flow management:

- Lead cash flow forecasting (direct & indirect) to anticipate treasury needs and ensure financial stability.

- Act as a bridge between all finance functions affecting cash and working capital (AR, AP, fleet, procurement, controlling, BPO…).

- Support the Finance Corporate Manager in financial debt planning, negotiating credit lines (short & long term), and managing financial expenses.

- Guarantee strong cost and payment control, safeguarding financial health.

- Prepare and present key insights to the Board, supporting strategic decisions with accurate data.

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to banks, financial service providers, investors, and shareholders.

- Analyze and provide actionable financial insights for senior management and the Board.

.- Lead automation and process improvements to make management reporting faster and smarter.

What will make you succeed in this position:

We want someone who is not just technically strong but also proactive, analytical, and business-oriented.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

- 3+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, FP&A, Controlling, or Consulting.

- Strong knowledge of financial principles and IFRS; Spanish GAAP is a plus.

- Financial modeling expertise and an automation-first mindset.

- Analytical depth – able to deep dive into root causes and synthesize clear recommendations.

- Proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).

- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills (Think Cell is a plus).
