Objective:Fingerpaint seeks a skilled, innovative Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic data engineering team. This role leverages expertise in building robust, cutting-edge data pipelines to transform raw data into actionable insights.Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sophisticated data pipelines to validate, cleanse, and optimize campaign data
- Design and advance our next-generation data solutions.
- Address ad-hoc requests and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Manage and optimize campaign data warehouses.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in data engineering or software engineering.
- Last 3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL tools for building and supporting data pipelines.
- Experience developing and leveraging APIs for data integration.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably Terraform.
- Cloud experience, ideally with AWS.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and solution design skills.
- Excellent, detail-oriented communication skills.
- Ability to stay abreast of emerging technologies.
- Collaborative mindset with a sense of humor.
- Experience integrating AI with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake Cortex).
- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Jira.
- Experience with SFMC or Marketo datasets.
- Background in agency or pharmaceutical marketing.
- Proven ability to mentor team members.
