Lab and Equipment Technician

Key Duties:

• Prepare and maintain test bench and retrofit vehicle environments to support 24MM evaluation, including functional, combination, high load, and performance testing
• Where needed, design or obtain parts and conversion equipment needed to evaluate 24MM headunit interactions with other vehicle components and evaluate 21MM functions
• Support the evaluation team for the entire life cycle of product evaluation (i.e., Planning, Testing, labs and equipment management, and maintenance).
• Support continuous improvement and process standardization during the evaluation phase.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Vehicle Electronics Development
• Ability to document ES (Engineering Specification), Evaluation Specification
• Experience with development models (Agile, SDLC, Open source, others)
• Knowledge of following in-vehicle technology platform (Bluetooth, BLE, Wifi, CAN, or Most)
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis, triage, and document
• MS office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio)
• Strong communication skills
