Classification Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
Job Description:We are currently seeking assistants to help with cleanliness of the service department and equipment to allow the anesthesia technicians to focus on patient care. The primary duties of the assistant will include but not limited to:
• maintaining cleanliness of equipment and machines
• sweeping/mopping
• dusting/cleaning windows
• organizing
• basic/routine cleaning
• restocking supplies
• checking stock in machines and service carts
• cleaning and preparing items for sterilization
Additionally, potential responsibilities include animal handling for procedures and induction and moving patients to other areas of the hospital. Shifts are Monday through Friday, times vary.
$15-$17/hour
Required Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.

This is a CARE position offering limited benefits, including health insurance and paid time off. When appropriate certifications are achieved, promotional opportunities to a level II title may be available. This position will also become eligible for transition into a TEAMS (staff) salary plan.
