Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to make a meaningful impact on global supply chains? Collins Aerospace is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Sustainability Intern to help drive our growing sustainability program and support projects across Strategy, Systems and Non-Product Procurement. As an intern with Collins Aerospace, you’ll gain hands-on experience, work alongside industry leaders, and contribute to projects that shape the future of supply chain sustainability.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with project managers to standardize processes and perform data analytics for supply chain environmental and human rights due diligence.
  • Work as part of a cross-industry intern team on a sustainability challenge through our collaboration with the International Aerospace Environmental Group (IAEG).
  • Support high-impact transformation projects across Collins Supply Chain functions, driving meaningful change in how we operate.
  • Engage with cross-functional and industry stakeholders to develop innovative strategies that amplify supply chain initiatives.

  • Project and Change Management Fundamentals: Learn how to manage complex projects and drive organizational change effectively.

  • Corporate Impact Strategy: Understand the fundamentals of sustainability reporting, supply chain due diligence, and the development of responsible procurement strategies.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Work with cross-industry teams to ideate and implement sustainable solutions that have real-world applications.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Data Analytics, Business or related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Passion for sustainability and a desire to learn about innovative practices in supply chain management.
