Principal Accountabilities

 

• Monitor the completion of all pass-over items, PM’s, and daily work orders
• Weekly auditing of completed work and Process Safety Management (PSM) programs
• Must have the ability to lead others through conflict resolution, engagement, and coaching
• Must be able to think on his or her feet and be decisive while working in a dynamic work environment
• All other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the supervisor

Required Qualifications

 

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English, as relates to work tasks
• Previous experience in industrial or agricultural maintenance
• Basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division 
• Knowledge of basic tools and maintenance related subjects

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

• Computer skills, included but not limited to: Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Previous leadership in industrial environment
• Previous experience with regulated PSM programs
• Previous ammonia refrigeration experience
• Technical degree in a HVAC or ammonia refrigeration, equivalent work experience with industrial or commercial refrigeration, or equivalent work experience as a maintenance mechanic
