The Opportunity:

As the Director of Product for Organ Health Real World Data, you'll spearhead our efforts to leverage our unique renal genetics dataset, creating groundbreaking products that accelerate clinical research for novel renal disease therapeutics. This pivotal role will shape the future of precision kidney medicine and drive substantial growth in our rapidly expanding real-world data business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and champion a visionary strategy for Natera's role in advancing clinical research for renal disease therapeutics
• Lead concept and feasibility phases of product development, providing thought leadership and critical analysis on new product ideas
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex genomic and molecular insights into innovative product features
• Own the product roadmap and bottom-line performance of current and future portfolio offerings
• Guide internal teams in executing the product roadmap and delivering results

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of product management experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device/diagnostics industry
• Proven track record of working with genetic datasets to derive insights for pharmaceutical product development
• Experience developing products with software components based on genomic/bioinformatic data
• Expertise in managing multiple successful product launches across all lifecycle stages
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (PhD, MBA) preferred
• "Hands-on" approach with a knack for problem-solving and attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
