DICK’S Media Network - Join us as we build the ultimate Marketing & Media destination to reach athletes, starting with DICK’S Media Network. You will have the opportunity to shape the engine where the biggest brands in the world compete to win with our athletes.
Payments - This team is responsible for the mostly backend APIs and some UI that support our eCommerce web, mobile app and Point of Sale registers and pin pads in the Stores. This team directly works with payment processors and integrates with many internal teams and partners. You will build and learn to design and test best in class solutions and perform business analysis and software analysis.
Store Browse & Select - This role resides on the Store Browse & Select team, where engineers build and learn to design and test best in class solutions. The also perform business analysis and software analysis with some supervision, and may coordinate initiatives with limited complexity while supporting initiatives that ensure enterprise systems remain best-in-class.
Athlete Care Technology - This team is dedicated to crafting the future landscape of athlete care technologies to serve our agents and athletes, creating tailored experiences for our agents that resonate with our Athletes. You will work on technologies that touch external communications, Chat and IVR, GenAI, as well as, the integration, the interpretation of data trends, and benchmarks to improve athlete experience. You will be building a platform that connects brands with enthusiasts, fostering a community bound by a shared love of sport.
Order Sourcing Optimization - You will be a part of the Order Sourcing team, contributing to software design, development, and the entire product lifecycle. This role involves a high level of collaboration, working daily with the team on user stories and supporting the continuous evolution of products.
Search Relevance - This role will focus on developing and optimizing our search and data processing systems, primarily using Elastic, Spring Framework, Kafka, event-driven processing and API’s. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search technologies, distributed systems, and data processing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Software Development
Develop existing software and contribute to development of new software by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement. Develop new software that is fast, secure and reliable to meet defined requirements.
Software Maintenance
Monitor, identify, and correct moderately complex software defects to maintain fully functioning software, with limited supervision from others.
