As General Manager, you’ll lead and manage every aspect of daily operations while building a culture of ownership, urgency, and operational excellence.
- Own and grow the sales, service, and profitability of the business
- Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing team
- Drive performance using data, KPIs, and sound business judgment
- Manage the P&L, control costs, and optimize field operations
- Set clear goals and expectations for every role
- Drive accountability, recognize success, and develop future leaders
- Solve problems, improve systems, and lead by example every day
- A proven leader with at least 7 years of team leadership in service, trades, or residential construction
- 5+ years of experience running a fast-paced, high-volume operation
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent leadership experience)
- Strong financial skills: You know how to read and use a P&L to drive decisions
- Hands-on. Action-oriented. Calm under pressure. Fiercely dependable
- Passionate about building winning teams, delivering excellent customer service, and doing the right thing even when it’s hard
- Have experience in residential home services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.)
- Love building a business and taking ownership of results
- Know how to lead through change, coach under pressure, and inspire your team
- Bring discipline, vision, and resilience to everything you do
