Your Impact
- Work with multiple partners, including HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (CoE) in HR, Business Leaders, and employees to support Anaplan's quest to be an employer of choice
- Answer a wide variety of HR inquiries and issues, offering support to all employees and levels of management across the organization
- Create and issue offer letters and provide other onboarding support as needed
- Accompanying, guiding and advising employees/managers on all issues related to HR matters (labor law, employment contracts, professional development, compensation, direct them to the right HR contact)
- Listening to and relay the needs and problems encountered in the businesses on HR issues (recruitment, training, working conditions, etc.)
- Provide employee relations support including conducting investigations, alongside HR Business Partner
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on recruiting efforts to attract the right talent
- Partner with HRBP to onboard and help assimilate new talent
- Focus on employee experience to keep talent engaged and motivated; providing insights from annual employee experience surveys, exit interviews, other data points, etc.
- Lead and participate in multiple simultaneous projects throughout the HR Organization and possibly aligned to line of business projects
- Liaise with internal partners to develop process efficiencies, and create scalable and repeatable processes for a growth organization
- Identify areas of improvement, leading with an operational focus
- Help craft and facilitate documentation and training as needed
- Operate with integrity, respect, empathy, and high personal standards around confidentiality, continuously building personal credibility
Your Qualifications
- 3+ years in HR/People-related roles in a fast-growth/fast-paced environment
- Employee relations experience is preferred
- Independent self-starter, with an appetite for learning and working across multiple projects and programs
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for details and 100% data accuracy
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Self-starter comfortable with problem-solving, judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making
- Ambitious self-learner, with ability to learn on the fly
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to be agile/flexible and to prioritize and meet target dates, as well as multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to establish trust and credibility with employees/managers at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM – SCP Certification
