The Role 

As a Technical Project Manager at Vim, you will manage the implementation and onboarding of new customers, focusing on data integration projects. In this client-facing role, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborating with cross-functional teams like Customer Success, R&D, and Product, you’ll drive projects from initiation to completion. This hands-on role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage client expectations effectively while leading projects without direct authority. A significant portion of your role will also focus on account maintenance, leading change requests, and handling ongoing configurations to ensure the continued success of our customer relationships.

What you’ll do

  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely and successful onboarding and integration of new customers. This includes managing timelines, resources, and customer communications throughout the process, as well as providing ongoing account management to ensure continued customer satisfaction and support after the initial implementation.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with US clients as their primary contact, managing implementation and integration activities to align customer needs with project deliverables.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Customer Success, R&D, and Product, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Documentation & Communication: Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams. Your communication will ensure that all stakeholders are informed and on track.
  • Risk Management: Track project progress, identify potential risks, and take proactive steps to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Be eager to learn, improve your skills, and adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and technologies.

Who we are looking for:

Must Have

  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, implementation, or customer delivery in a SaaS or technology company in client facing roles
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and project management tools (e.g., Monday, Jira)
  • Familiarity with data integration projects
  • Proactive in managing projects independently and influencing without direct authority.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) that foster trust and collaboration with colleagues and customers alike
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver successful integrations on time and within scope
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated success applying project management best practices to complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on outcomes
