Job Description Summary
Design and implement marketing campaign strategies to promote the sale of workplace retirement plans with a special focus on pooled plan solutions. As a leader in this retirement market segment, pooled plans such as MEPs, PEPs and GPS is a key growth area for Transamerica. This position will drive the development of marketing strategies to continue Transamerica’s leadership position and support the growth of relationships with financial professionals to establish and grow pooled plans.Job Description
Responsibilities
Partner with Marketing Director to create strategic campaign plans, establish customer goals, and define key performance metrics.
Lead staff in the design, build, and implementation of multiple complex and concurrent campaigns.
Review addressable market to define target audiences and create programs that drive engagement relevant to the audience.
Track and evaluate program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods.
Ensure adherence to established processes and workflows related to end-to-end campaign strategy, creative execution, optimizing for performance, and troubleshooting; define new processes and workflows as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure delivery of superior customer service and operational excellence.
Serve as internal escalation point for campaign related issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent experience.
Eight years of marketing communications, digital marketing, or project management experience.
Three years of marketing experience in financial services or a related industry.
Thorough understanding of traditional and digital platforms.
Experience managing projects/processes.
Broad experience developing and executing digital campaigns and complex projects.
Technical acumen to design campaigns that optimize the use of marketing platforms.
Analytical and decision-making skills to identify and prioritize critical issues.
Creative thinker.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in the retirement plan market with employer sponsored plan such as 401(k
