Hybrid! 4 days/ week remote and 1day onsite!


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary contact with customer, end-user, and Subject Matter Experts (SME) for the capture, analysis, and management of functional and non-functional systems requirements, and user stories. Ensuring software solutions meet specifications/requirements and exceeds customer expectations.

  • Oversee the SDLC for multiple applications by adhering to the client’s configuration management control and QA policies. Provide design and development expertise in support of both new application development and application support/maintenance tasks.

  • Coordinate and meet regularly with stakeholders to provide development status and identify business needs and communicate those business needs to the development team through user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Knowledge of the activities, tasks, deliverables, and techniques for documenting current business processes; ability to identify problems, opportunities, and re-engineering processes for improvement and implement business standards and best practices.

  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience with modern software development (Java (J2EE)), Python script, Angular, JavaScript, SQL, T-SQL, Linux Shell script, JSP, etc. as part of a development team utilizing strict configuration management practices (e.g., Git, Bitbucket, Gitlab, GitHub) to conduct solution analysis and provide recommendations on application improvements. Must have the ability to manage the Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, Crucible) for software development activities, and DevSecOps and/or CI/CD experience.

  • Mentoring and leading Developers and Business Systems Analysts.



Qualifications:
Required: 

  • US Citizenship.

  • Undergraduate degree (BA/BS), preferably in a technical discipline.

  • 7+ years’ experience with modern software development.


Desired:

  • Certified Agile Scrum Master or similar methodology.

  • PMI - PMP or ACP certification Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SSIS package.

  • Experience with Data Warehouse ETL.

  • Experience with Load Testing tool (Apache JMeter or LoadRunner).
