Join us and see the difference.</p><p><strong>Work #LikeABosch</strong></p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>As a General Ledger Accounting Officer (AO), you will independently manage various accounting projects, develop process improvements, and implement them across company codes and systems. Furthermore, you will review, optimize, develop, and automate standard accounting processes. You will support the transition of processes from SAP R/3 to SAP S4/HANA at the TOGEs;</li><li>As an AO, you will manage balance sheet items from assessment to data processing, and/or you will be responsible for and coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Bosch's central directives and applicable accounting standards for individual subsidiaries in Germany that we support;</li><li>Based on FI and CO figures, you will independently analyze processes and value streams in SAP systems, monitor and implement new legal requirements and changes to central directives, develop improvements, and oversee cross-functional implementation;</li><li>You are the primary contact for your assigned projects and legal entities regarding general commercial questions in the context of the actual result in FI and CO. You actively foster exchange with colleagues from the legal entities, business units, and specialist departments;</li><li>You will coordinate the activities of the subledgers and provide third-level support for Global Service Teams in our service centers, working closely with C/FI and various specialist departments, the tax department (C/TX) and auditors.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Education: Completed university degree in economics, industrial engineering, or a comparable education with relevant professional experience;</li><li>Experience and Know-How: Several years of experience in Finance, Controlling and very good cross-module know-how in SAP and MS Office;</li><li>Personality: You are a dedicated team player, have a convincing demeanor, are resilient, solution-oriented and organized. You possess good communication skills at various hierarchy levels of the company, and a profound understanding of figures and their relationships distinguishes you;</li><li>Working Style: You enjoy improving processes and methods, have a high level of quality and cost awareness, and bring a proactive and independent approach to your work;</li><li>Languages: Very good written and spoken German and English (min.
