 Your Day-to-Day:

 

The role supports two solar projects: a 76 MW site and a 196 MW site (Cunningham 2, starting in early 2026). The Construction Supervisor III will act as a civil inspector and safety representative, serving as the owner’s rep to verify contractor work (Mortenson) aligns with contractual obligations. The role includes field inspections using ArcGIS, safety oversight, and participation in incident investigations and safety culture improvements.

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• 8-10 years of experience of construction management, preferably in renewables.
• Experience with Xcel or Mortenson is a plus.
• Safety (OSHA) or construction management degree preferred.
• Civil inspection experience.
• Knowledge of ArcGIS, Procore, SAP (preferred) and Microsoft Suite.
