Our Vision: Reimagine health care through connection, service and innovation.
Our Core Values: Be Kind | Trust and Be Trusted | Work Together | Strive for Excellence.
Join Logan Health’s Home Health team as an Occupational Therapist and make a meaningful difference where it matters most: in a patient’s own home. In this role, you’ll help patients of all ages regain confidence, improve independence, and safely participate in the daily activities that matter to them.
This is a great opportunity for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys building strong patient relationships, working independently, and being part of a supportive care team. You’ll have the ability to self-schedule patient visits, manage your own caseload, and collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to create care that is personal, practical, and meaningful.
This full-time role is based out of our Home Health office in Kalispell and serves patients throughout Flathead County and Lake County. Travel to patient homes is part of the role, and mileage is reimbursed at the current IRS rate when using a personal vehicle for patient visits.
With a Monday–Friday day shift schedule, no holiday requirements, and the opportunity to provide one-on-one care in a home setting, this position offers a rewarding balance of autonomy, connection, and purpose.
