Responsibilities
The NiagaraFiles project is interviewing candidates for our Team Help Desk lead who will have the opportunity to:
- Manage project help desk Jira tickets from customers seeking NiagaraFiles software and dataflow support.
- Work with NiagaraFiles application and buildingdataflows.
- Utilitze your excellent communication skills in order to respond to end users with answers to their questions.
- Work with other team members from the Operations and Development team as needed in responding to more complex software or dataflowissues as needed.
- Process daily DMR related Help tickets moving them to Operation production tickets.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with current polygraph
- Minimum of (8) years’ experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems,Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college oruniversity is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’sdegree.

- Experience with T&D engineering, mission systems and mission data formats.

Target Salary Range
