Job Description

We are currently looking for a Fraud Manager (all genders) to join our team in Munich.
In this role you are responsible for the day to day running of the fraud systems internally and with our partners. Furthermore, you have a leading role in the development of the department and will be key to achieving companywide initiatives.
To accomplish your mission, you use your analytical passion as well as your excellent stakeholder management & communication skills.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Incident Management – You respond to fraud incidents promptly, conduct investigations, coordinate companywide response, report findings, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
  • Fraud Detection and Prevention – You work with third party and in house detection tools to detect and prevent fraudulent activities across various channels.
  • Risk Assessment – You conduct risk assessment for new products and features and develop strategies to mitigate potential risk.
  • Data Analysis – you cultivate data resources to identify and quantify fraud trends.
  • Stakeholder Communication – you build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Documentation – you prepare and present reports on fraud incidents, trends, and risk assessments to senior management and relevant departments.
  • Managing systems – you configure and test fraud tools to optimize risk vs performance.

Qualifications

  • You have relevant professional experience in a similar role.
  • Your analytical skills are demonstrated by your mastery of analytical tools to solve real world problems.
  • Extensive experience in analysis and reporting using industry standard software e.g., SQL, Tableau, Excel, PowerBI.
  • Ability to communicate specialist knowledge with other teams and senior management.
