Job Description

Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Provide technical and architectural leadership for Salesforce applications – focusing on Force.com and integrating with other Clouds and Lightning experience. Define technical evaluation criteria for product and technology selection and determining technical approaches to ensure all architectural solutions result in a coherent systems design. Apply research and development, prototyping, and platform capability evaluations. Define project plan and workforce allocation to align with client roadmap and help achieve client-short/long term goals. Define and validate non-functional requirements, and establishing traceability between requirements and application architecture/design. Lead production troubleshooting and 'War Room' Activities. Work closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and directly with clients to architect technology solutions to meet client needs. Lead development teams during the analysis, development, and testing processes. Facilitate and conduct design reviews, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices and design pattern. Develop data integration, migration and deployment strategies.

Qualifications

 Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or five years or progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in any occupation in which the required skills were gained. Experience must include one year of experience in each of the following:

1. Salesforce
2. Force.com Platform
3. Apex
4. Data Loader
5. VS Code
6. Aura Framework
7. Lightning Components
8. Sales Cloud
9. Service Cloud
10. REST/SOAP APIs
11. Salesforce DX
12. Communities Cloud.

Must be available to at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States

Additional Information

Pay Range: $75,000 - $146,000 

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
