Job Summary:

Manage marketing, servicing and client relationships, and relationships with underwriters.  Nature of accounts -- from small to complex middle market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.

• Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

• Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets

Requirements:

• Valid active 220 FL license

• Working knowledge of/experience with EPIC, preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Multi-lingual a plus

Education/Experience:

• Minimum 2-5 years Commercial Insurance Account Management (or similar) experience, required

• High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent required.

• College degree a plus
