Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day logistics and operations of the Teaching and Learning department, encompassing compliance reporting, customer service, and professional development support. This position also provides comprehensive operational oversight for financial, data, communications, and project coordination for programs and schools. Additionally, this role oversees financial operations for High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) purchasing and requisitions , while
also supporting HQIM inventory and delivery. The Coordinator will work cross-functionally to enhance systems and processes, develop solutions, and ensure efficient departmental operations.

What You'll Do:
 

•    Assists with planning, developing, and implementing operational processes for the Teaching and Learning department, ensuring alignment with departmental and district-wide goals, while continuously identifying and leading opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness across teams
•    Manages purchasing, and supports with inventory, and delivery of DPS core high-quality instructional materials department resources and, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to support department and school needs
•    Collects, reviews, and processes financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, purchasing, and receiving
•    Coordinates with district services such as Schools, Operations and Finance to ensure the effective execution of logistics and operational support for the Teaching and Learning team
•    Works closely with the team and other departments to ensure proper communication and logistics are identified and executed for schools and central office teams


  What You’ll Need:  
  • High School Diploma or GED - Required
  • Bachelor's or relevant work experience - Preferred
  • Knowledge with Google products including docs, sheets, slides and gmail
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effectively handle multiple demands and competing deadlines
  • The ability to take responsibility for one’s own performance
  • Work collaboratively with others on a team
  • High degree of integrity in handling confidential information

  • Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.
