  Our Individual Support Program is looking for compassionate people to serve as an IS Counselor providing premier services to the individuals in our care.

  What does the job entail?

  You supporting adults with development disabilities in Individuals' home. Individual Support Counselors implements individualized programs as specified in Individual Service Plans, provides for individuals’ health and welfare, and ensures general cleanliness and safety in individuals’ homes.

  • Providing Individual community outings
  • Encourage rapport with local resources
  • Instruct and assist with meal preparation
  • Assistance with activities of daily living
  • Instruct and physically assist with housekeeping activities
  • Medical appointments
