Senior Software Engineer - IT Management Domain (Frontend)

<h2> <strong>Hello!</strong> 👋</h2><p>Factorial is hiring a <strong>Senior Software Engineer</strong> to help us build the next generation of internal IT tools for thousands of businesses worldwide.</p><p>You’ll join the newly formed <strong>IT Management domain</strong>, where we’re creating a platform to manage onboarding, permissions, support, and equipment, so new employees are productive from day one. If you’re excited about shaping a new product area, owning features end-to-end, and working in a people-first company with a strong engineering culture, this role is for you.</p><p>Even if we’re looking for someone who can work across the tech stack we have, we're particularly interested in candidates with strong experience in frontend development: <span><strong>React, JavaScript, or TypeScript</strong></span>.</p><h3>💻 <strong>About the IT Management Domain</strong> </h3><p>Factorial is an all-in-one business management software designed to help managers of businesses overcome their daily challenges around People Operations, Talent Development, and Financial Management. As <strong>we love transparency</strong>, our Career Path includes the salaries for each level and we share it during the first interview to make sure we're aligned.</p><p>For this senior-level position, the annual gross salary is <strong>60,500€</strong> regardless of your location.
