Overnight Site Supervisor – Full Time

Location: Hillsboro

Rate: $24.00/HR

Shift: Thurs 0000-0600, Thursday-Saturday 1800-0600

Our world class services are designed to incorporate a high degree of technology content. 

We are looking for a dynamic individual who has experience managing people, with a strong background in administrative support.  Candidate must be able to obtain Securitas driver certification. Training would be day shift hours for about 90 days.

Job Duties:

• Helping with Security Operations
• Meeting needs of the client, manager, and officers
• Helping with paperwork, training, and shift coverage

Position Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older 
• High School Diploma or GED Required 
• Standard computer / technology skills needed
• Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
• Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
• Customer service background preferred 
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
• Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift
• Must have great attention to detail 
• Must be comfortable conducting access control duties  
• Security and Leadership experience needed
