**The Role
EET Fuels is excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a Primavera Maintenance Scheduler to join our maintenance team at Stanlow. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling Maintenance Execution (ME) activities for our top-tier COMAH refinery process plants.
The primary purpose of the role is to sequence and schedule maintenance tasks and develop a multi-discipline schedule within the computerised management systems (SAP & Primavera P6e). The Maintenance scheduler will be required to produce daily, weekly and monthly labour profiles and be able to report the status of a wide range of maintenance activities.
- Scheduling corrective, preventative and emergent maintenance tasks and assigning optimum durations and baselines.
- Accurately scheduling work to ensure that there are zero overdue critical schedules.
- Develop Primavera reports and insights
- Conduct work in process analysis
- Estimate work duration and conduct critical path analysis using industry norms
- Chair the weekly scheduling meeting
