Business Ops Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze business operations and strategies to identify new opportunities.
• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow - ITSM: The candidate must have a strong understanding and experience in ServiceNow - ITSM.
• Data Analysis: The candidate must have strong data analysis skills, including the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources.
• Communication: The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analysis, or a related field.
