Job Type:              Full Time 

Duties: Develops, evaluates, and trains team members. Provides constructive feedback, documenting process improvement opportunities, and provides training. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), Mathematics, Business, Statistics or related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer; Project Manager -related occupation.

Position required skills: Position requires experience in the following: Provide data analytics and decision management throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC); Manage application development with capabilities to authorize and detect fraud on real time transactions; Utilizing Java, SQL, Unix, Teradata, and SAS to provide technology services; Develop case creation and contact Strategies in FCMS application; and Participate in project/program governance, project tracking and reporting.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program 

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $210,754.00 to $234,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.  Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
