Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer oriented ServiceNow Project Manager to join our team to support current and prospective clients.

OVERVIEW

• The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing end-to-end ServiceNow projects
• Serve as primary customer contact for professional service projects on the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead project initiation, project execution, and project close activities.
• Coordinate and schedule key workshops, and development, testing, and deployment activities with customers.
• Engage in timely and effective communications to customers, provides status reports, and facilitate executive steering committee meetings.
• Demonstrate expert understanding of project management methodologies and principles

QUALIFICATIONS

• Project management experience
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD) and their implementation processes
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• US Citizenship Required
