What we need…

The Lead, Fax/Mailroom is responsible for assisting the Intake Supervisor in the day to day operations of Intake processes and production.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do...

• Assists supervisor in the daily operation of processing functions in respective department
• Assists supervisor in work prioritization and resource allocation
• Assist in maintaining and tracking all required processing metrics and ensure team members are meeting and/or exceeding production targets
• Communicate issues to supervisor/manager in a timely manner
• Perform other tasks and duties as necessary or assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

What You Need...

• 1-year experience in the Intake Department
• Effective computer skills including Windows based applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work within a diverse work group environment
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient time management, problem solving and analytical skills
• Flexibility with working hours, which may include hours outside of normal scheduled work hours
• Ability to provide a motivating environment for team.
• Ability to work professionally, effectively, and efficiently in a team environment with customers, management and co-workers.

For remote work, this position requires that you provide a high-speed internet connection, subject to applicable expense reimbursement requirements (if any), and a work environment free from distractions.

 

With very limited exceptions (medical conditions or sincerely held religious beliefs that prohibit you from getting the vaccine), one of the requirements for this job is that you be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. *Except for states where legally prohibited to enforce mandates.
