Assistant Program Director I – Children’s Congregate CareYOU, Inc., an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation

Join a mission-driven team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children and adolescents. As the Assistant Program Director I, you’ll provide clinical and administrative leadership, ensuring high-quality care for emotionally and behaviorally disadvantaged youth and their families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake, assessment, and treatment services.
• Act as a liaison with external agencies and the community.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate program activities.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with licensing standards.
• Supervise and support program staff, interns, and volunteers.
• Manage program budgets, staff ratios, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social sciences (M.S.W., M.Ed., M.A. in psychology).
• Five years of experience, including two in administration.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience supervising and leading diverse teams.
