ABA Clinical Director (BCBA)

<p>Cortica is looking for a <strong>BCBA to be our newest Clinic Director</strong> at our brand new location in Charlotte, NC!</p> <p>The Site Director serves as the senior leader responsible for all aspects of operations, performance, and culture at a single Cortica center. The Site Director leads a multidisciplinary team of clinical and administrative professionals, including ABA therapists, speech-language pathologists, occupational and physical therapists, music therapists, clinical social workers, medical practitioners, and operations administrative staff to deliver exceptional, whole-child care to the families we serve. The Site Director translates Cortica’s strategic goals into actionable plans, ensures operational and clinical excellence, and fosters a collaborative, mission-driven culture.</p> <p>Cortica is a rapidly growing healthcare company pioneering the most effective treatment methods for children with neurodevelopmental differences.
