As a member of the c-suite, the CFO will report to and work closely with the CEO and play a strategic role in building relationships, creating revenue, and securing financial position.  

Lead financial strategy that supports growth, stability, and high-quality patient care for years into the future.
Partner with CEO, strategic partners and executive leadership to develop strategy and reach financial goals.
Champion innovation in revenue sources and operational efficiencies
Analyze trends, opportunities and threats to the industry in order to strengthen financial performance and sustainability
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle, and compliance
Ensure regulatory compliance and financial integrity across the organization
Direct assigned departments within the organization.

QualificationsThe right candidate will possess the following:  

Proven executive-level financial leadership experience (healthcare strongly preferred)


Deep knowledge of healthcare finance, reimbursement, and regulatory environments


Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills


A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across all levels

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Required Experience: 2 Years in a healthcare financial leadership role.
Preferred Experience: 5 Years in a healthcare financial leadership role in a critical access hospital.
Education:

Minimum Required Education: Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
Preferred Education: Masters Degree in Finance or Accounting. 
Certifications:

Minimum Required Certifications: None
Preferred Certifications: CPA
