Job Overview

We are looking for a professional, dedicated QA engineer with excellent communication skills. You will work closely with managers and developers to write and execute comprehensive test plans to cover the entire user experience. As an important member of our team, you will need to identify and report layout and functional issues as well as content, legal, analytics, and compliance inconsistencies.

You will be communicating directly with clients to triage issues and will need strong organization and documentation skills.

Requirements

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of digital quality assurance, OR an equivalent combination of education and technical training.

• Strong technical background and understanding of web technologies

• Knowledge of browser testing and identifying inconsistencies on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices

• Strong, concise communication skills (written and verbal), especially in interacting with clients to resolve issues and provide training

• Ability to match existing processes and follow precise instructions

• Aptitude for working on highly detail-oriented tasks

• Capability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with tight deadlines

• Ability to learn new things quickly.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related curriculum or equivalent education and related work experience

• Must be authorized to work in the United States; Provision IAM is unable to sponsor work visas.

• Must be highly proficient in written and spoken English

Salary $45,000 to $60,000 will be commensurate based on experience. At this time, we are only looking for candidates interested in full-time employment.
