We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team in Grand Rapids. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms with high accuracy and confidentiality. This is a key support role that ensures the integrity and consistency of our clients' and internal records.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data in databases and systems with speed and accuracy

• Review data for discrepancies or errors and correct any incompatibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Generate routine reports and summaries as required

• Organize and maintain files and records

• Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements

• Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus

• Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and database software

• Excellent typing skills (minimum 50 WPM)

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
