As the group manager for CAD/vPDM processes and systems, you will lead dynamic teams responsible for ensuring the optimal use of our CAD/vPDM platforms,
including for example Catia/Enovia, 3Dexperience, and Capital.

 

About us


Our trucks, buses and power solutions are developed in our CAD platform by the designers at our R&D departments. Our aim is to create the best possible experience
for our users. We put the user in the centre, when we develop our methods, processes and systems.
 

Our assignment


We are responsible for strategy, methods and tools for the virtual description of Scania’s products and we deliver global solutions to support product development at
Scania and within TRATON. We work flow oriented with business and IT in a Value Creation Team (VCT), where we also have members from other brands in our Traton family. Within the area of CAD and vPDM we see increasing demands going forward. Both within the business and IT organisation we are looking for additional leaders to shape the area.

 

Your Role


- Lead and support knowledge and committed employees in their cross-functional work to achieve the CAD/vPDM VCT mission and goals
- Be a part of CAD/vPDM VCT management team and act as a coach for one or more VCT delivery teams.
- Contribute actively to the development the CAD/vPDM VCT.

 

Your Profile


• Strong knowledge of Scania’s product development processes and knowledge about how to work with modularisation.
• Proven experience in management teams, project management of large projects, or other leadership roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Swedish and German is a plus.
• Familiarity with Catia/Enovia and 3Dexperience is a plus.
