Job Description

As a Power Platform Sr. Analyst, you are considered a Solution Specialist and have knowledge of Power Platform and Azure services. You are energetic and passionate about Power Platform and how it can be used to solve complex business problems. You have knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, Model driven Power Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Apps Portals.

You will Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Solution Architect, Account Delivery Executive, Pursuit Lead, Sales Solution Specialist) in the pre-sale process by understanding business requirements and providing industry and technical input and/or solution offerings to help shape the deal. You will support drafting proposals and/or statements of work (SOW).

You will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment, you will take direction from solution architects and leads on development activities.

This full-time position is based in our Pittsburgh, PA office. You must reside or be willing to relocate within a commutable distance to the office.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver services and solutions for clients using the suite of Microsoft’s PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations.
• Consult and create:
  • Canvas and Model driven Power Apps
  • Automate business functions with Power Automate
  • Microsoft Fabric components such as Lakehouses, Dataflows, Pipelines, and DirectLake integrations
  • End-to-end analytics solutions, integrating Power BI with Azure Synapse, Dataverse, OneLake, and other Microsoft services
  • Scalable Power BI solutions including data modeling, DAX measures, dashboards, and reports
• Provide hands-on training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams on Power BI and Fabric best practices.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to understand the client’s pain points and adapt as challenges arise.
• Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery.
• Support the team in defining technical, operational and user requirements.
