Emergency Medicine Physician

Job Description

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian Emergency Medicine Physician at Joint Base Ft. Sam Houston, Brook Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. 

 

This contract position offers:

• Level 1 Trauma Center
• 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts 

Job Requirements:

The position will have the following requirements:

• Board  Certified Emergency Medicine
• Minimum 2 yrs. experience in the last 3 yrs. in a Level 1 Trauma Center.
• Two years of teaching and clinical emergency medicine experience post residency, encompassing all aspects of academic emergencymedicine. This includes education of resident and interns.  Proven academic potential as demonstrated by teaching publications and specialtysociety membership.
• TX State License
• Approved internship and residency program
