Part-Time Business Development & Outreach Coordinator (Remote, 1099 Contractor)

Position Summary:
FMI is seeking a passionate and motivated Business Development & Outreach Coordinator to join our team on a part-time, remote basis; helping expand our partnerships and support companies in attracting, hiring, and retaining military talent and their families. This role is ideal for a military spouse and/or military veteran who is excited and passionate about creating impact by helping companies connect with and support military talent. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach to prospective partners and clients.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with organizations looking to engage the military community.
  
• Support the development and implementation of tailored talent, marketing campaign, and dual marketing and event campaign.
  
• Collaborate with the FMI team to ensure alignment of outreach efforts with company goals.
  
• Represent FMI’s mission with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  

Ideal Candidate:

• A military spouse and/or veteran with a strong connection to the military community.
  
• Self-starter with excellent communication, outreach, business development, and relationship-building
  
• Previous experience in business development or outreach is a plus.
  
• Comfortable working independently and remotely with team members in various timezones.
  
• Passionate about helping others and creating career pathways for military families.
