Summary: The Public Health Dental Hygienist is a registered professional that provides quality dental care and associated services to patients without the authorization, assignment or examination by a Dentist. Performs the dental hygiene services and procedures permitted by the scope of practice as outlined in Pennsylvania Code33.205b.(a) Integrates quality improvement and cost-effective methods of providing care. Participates actively in BCHC’s mission to provide exceptional patient-centered primary and preventive healthcare for all residents of Berks County, regardless of economic status.Please note this position is posted on behalf of our partner practices. This individual will be working at the specific practice that is mentioned in the above details and will not be a direct employee of Aledade, Inc. so will therefore not be eligible for the benefits available to Aledade employees.
