Facility Assistant Manager

<p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>Coordinate the goods movement of assigned customers at a Warehouse to ensure on time delivery and inventory accuracy.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you will be doing</strong><br/></p><p><strong>Duties</strong></p><ul> <li>To Support the business in planning new facility setup or expansion project within the agreed completion lead-time with customer.</li> <li>To lead and organize contractors coordination meeting with prior to the kick off of any facility new setup/expansion to ensure smooth flow of facility setup project.</li> <li>To support the business by assessing the risk level of new project setup/expansion project using Failure mode affect analysis (FMEA) during the project planning stage so as to minimize the risk level on the implementation stage.</li> <li>Manage the overall maintenance function of warehouse to ensure smooth operation flow, includes but not limited to technical, cleaning, landscaping and pest control program.</li> <li>Ensure proper preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown repair capability on all key equipment and system. These system include : MEP , fire safety system, air conditioning system, storage racks, dock levelers, roller shutter and any additional systems or equipment's in the facility.</li> <li>Supports maintenance and upkeep of the building exterior .</li> <li>Ensure all work and procedures are in compliance with legal regulations and environmental, health and safety requirements.</li> <li>Ensure service delivery according to set targets and plans.</li> <li>Work with internal departments, external suppliers and vendor on repair &amp; maintenance activities and projects.</li> <li>Provide Professional business and technical advise on the projects and task. Coordinates facility project work ( cost managing &amp; scheduling ).</li> <li>Coordinates purchasing of equipment's &amp; maintenances part. Maintain adequate tools and spare parts inventory with cost effective justification.</li> <li>Support sustainability initiative to all CL sites.</li> </ul><p><strong>QHSE Compliance</strong></p><ul> <li>Development &amp; training of your team in conjunction with the QHSE training program.</li> <li>Managing the QSHE program for the logistics site including reporting/auditing and system compliance.</li> <li>Overseeing the warehouse and ensuring that the company’s standards and procedures are being met and followed.</li> <li>Comply with all BLx QHSE Integrated Management System policies and procedures.</li> <li>Support all company QHSE promotions and initiatives.</li> <li>Keep informed of all QHSE information provided by the company in accordance with any legislation, code of practice, and guidelines and liaise as necessary with the relevant government departments and private bodies.</li> <li>Immediately, in the event of an accident, dangerous occurrence, or a risk of imminent and serious injury or harm to the health of any person at the workplace, report the matter to your senior Manager or Supervisor.</li> <li>Report to your senior Manager or Supervisor any hazard or potential hazard to which any person is, or might be, exposed at the workplace.</li> <li>Responsible for producing quality inspections and proper storage.</li> <li>Develop, maintain, and update all records, manuals, and training procedures. B.11 Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the warehouse B12.
